​​Nicole C. Kelly, Esq.
​

Nicole, a fourth generation San Franciscan and third generation attorney, developed a passion for Elder Law, Trusts & Estates and Real Estate Law while she apprenticed under her grandfather, Francis J. Kelly. Nicole began working alongside Mr. Kelly in law school and assisted in all aspects of the practice until his death in 2015. Nicole lived and consulted from Argentina during the Firm's two year hiatus (2016-2017), then re-opened in 2018. ​

Nicole brings 12 years of relevant experience to The Kelly Law Firm and is proud to carry on The Kelly legacy of discipline, professionalism, and longevity in business & law in San Francisco.

Francis J. Kelly Attorney The Kelly Law Firm
​​Francis J. Kelly, Esq.
(June 30, 1924 - June 27, 2015)

​

A native San Franciscan, Francis Kelly was an alumnus of St. Vincent De Paul, St. Joseph’s Seminary, The University of San Francisco, and USF School of Law. 

​

Frank was drafted into World War II then opened The Law Offices of Francis J. Kelly (later The Kelly Law Firm) shortly after law school. He was a fierce trial attorney for decades before focusing his practice almost exclusively on Estate Planning, Probate and Real Estate matters from the 1980's onward. 

​

Frank practiced law in San Francisco for more than 62 years, primarily at 345 Franklin Street, where he remained a mainstay until his final days.

​

Mr. Kelly advised, inspired, mentored, and represented countless clients throughout his career. His charismatic personality, quick wit, commanding presence, and encyclopedic mind will not be forgotten.
